Advertising
These rates are dependent upon the advertiser utilized, whether a textual or photo ad, the size of the ad (printed publications) and the number of photos (on-line publications). Please call for specific rate information. For planning purposes, figure rates will generally run $45/month at a minimum for simple textual printed ads and upwards of $2 a day for on-line photo ads on any Tier 1 (major) aviation marketing publication. Rates may be less for Tier 2 (secondary or minor) publications.
Aviation Consulting is charged on a time and materials basis. If the materials are for sale by Air Qwest, then the cost for materials is as advertised. Other materials are expensed to the customer. The hourly rate for our consulting services is $125 per hour.
The charge for a successful On-line Auction of aircraft is a straight two percent (2%) of the aircraft selling price, plus expenses for promoting the auction. If the aircraft does not sell, there is no charge for running the auction. There is no additional charge for rerunning an auction with a reduced Reserve Price. Promotional expenses apply regardless of the auction's success.
Registered users of the On-line Auction System may auction and purchase other aviation related items FREE of charge. Air Qwest provides this venue as a service to the aviation community.
There are two fee structures for our Broker Services: Full-Service Broker Fees and Low-Cost Broker Fees. Each is outlined separately below:
Buyer's Agent Fees are calculated at six percent (6%) of the selling price of the aircraft with a minimum of $5,000. Net cost to the buyer however, is offset by reduced acquisition cost of the aircraft. This results in a net break-even or frequently even a net savings to the purchaser. There are no industry averages for this fee as Air Qwest is unaware of any other provider offering this unique and comprehensive service to a buyer. Air Qwest's successful track record providing Buyer's Agent Services has generated an extensive list of satisfied customers.
Incorporation Services are charged at a flat rate plus expenses. The cost for incorporation is $175. Other expenses will include registered agent fees (included first year and $75 per year thereafter if incorporated in the state of Colorado), state incorporation costs and mailing expenses. Registered agent fees vary widely. Typical state incorporation fees run $50 to $250. Mailing expenses are minimal.
