Full-Service Broker
This service is designed to assist customers who are seeking a "turn-key" solution when selling his/her aircraft. Air Qwest frequently helps busy executives, owners, agents and other individuals who don't have the considerable free time it takes to successfully market and sell one's aircraft. Air Qwest's Full Service Broker program provides a comprehensive solution to the seller offering him a simple, painless option, which smoothes the process and ensures a completed transaction in a timely and efficient manner.
Air Qwest provides assistance in all aspects of the sales process and will pro-actively promote the aircraft uncovering market potential and leveraging that potential to achieve top-dollar for the seller. With Full Service Broker, Air Qwest will appraise the customers aircraft relative to the current market, arrange advertising, generate and distribute marketing materials, handle all inquiries, negotiate with buyers, collect and hold earnest money, arrange and address all aspects of contract contingencies, provide for aircraft relocation, escrow and distribute funds and file all required paperwork with the FAA to complete the transaction and record the transfer of ownership. The only action required on the part of the seller is to make a final decision to accept or reject any presented offer. (Air Qwest can be authorized to make acceptance on the seller's behalf as well. To do so however, Air Qwest requires a signed authorization document outlining the guidelines for acceptance and a minimum acceptable price.)

Evaluate market
Determine current aircraft value
Review and analyze Airframe, Engine, Prop and Avionics Log Books
Develop Detailed Aircraft Specifications Document
Develop Aircraft Maintenance & History Document
Publish aircraft in Air Qwest's on-line Aircraft for Sale Listings (includes extensive photos and detailed specifications)
Advertise in up to 2 Tier 1 (major) on-line and/or printed publications & up to 3 Tier 2 (secondary) on-line and/or printed publications
Promote aircraft with known "in market" potentials
Promote aircraft with "want to buy" potentials
Reproduce and distribute aircraft photos and specifications as required
Handle and respond to all inquiries via phone, mail, email, fax or in-person
Negotiate sale
Secure earnest money and written offers
Provide Sales Contract (optional)
Escrow and distribute funds
Arrange pre-purchase inspections, hull & liability insurance, title searches and other typical contingency related actions and/or requirements
Relocate aircraft as necessary (additional charges may apply)
Deliver aircraft (additional charges may apply)
Provide and file all required FAA documents necessary to complete the transaction and record transfer of ownership
