For as little as $1,300 you can get a professional broker working for you. We handle the calls and the paperwork. We provide escrow services (a $400-$500 value) and assist with pre-purchases, insurance and the like. We take the load off your back.....
Air Qwest's Low-Cost Broker services are designed to provide sellers the necessary support needed to successfully market and sell one's aircraft. They provide many of the key benefits afforded the Full-Service Broker client while substantially reducing the costs of receiving professional assistance. Air Qwest acts as a liaison between the seller and potential buyers alleviating much of the time consuming tasks from the seller's shoulders while leaving the primary responsibility of negotiation and aircraft pricing in the hands of the seller.
There are two Low-Cost Broker programs. The two options are: 1) Active Marketing and 2) Passive Marketing. As their names imply, the primary difference between these two alternatives is whether Air Qwest pro-actively seeks and uncovers sales opportunities for the aircraft or simply responds to incoming queries as the owner him/herself would do. Regardless of the option chosen, Air Qwest fields all inquiries, weeds out the "tire kickers" from the real buyers, answers questions about aircraft history, maintenance, performance, etc. and brings real offers to the table for the Seller. Air Qwest will utilize it's industry expertise and sales savvy to smooth the sales process and ensure a completed transaction in a timely and efficient manner.
Both Active and Passive Marketing Options include the following:
Review and analyze Airframe, Engine, Prop and Avionics Log Books
Develop Aircraft Specifications Document
Publish aircraft in Air Qwest's on-line Aircraft for Sale Listings (includes photos and specifications)
Advertise in on-line and/or printed publications (Optional. Additional advertising fees apply)
Reproduce and distribute aircraft photos and specifications as required
Handle and respond to all inquiries via phone, mail, email, fax or in-person
Secure earnest money and written offers
Provide Sales Contract (optional)
Escrow and distribute funds
Provide recommendations for pre-purchase inspections, hull & liability insurance, title searches and other typical contingency related actions and/or requirements
Provide all required FAA documents necessary to complete the transaction
In addition to the above, Active Marketing includes the following:
Promote aircraft with known "in market" potentials
Promote aircraft with "want to buy" potentials
File all required FAA documents necessary to complete the transaction and record transfer of ownership
Advertise in up to 3 Tier 2 (secondary) on-line and/or printed publications
